Licensed medical practice including comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), peptide therapy, optimization strategies, and clinical monitoring.
All clinical services provided by Karen Minchow, MPAS, PA-C.
These services may incur additional fees. Some are HSA eligible. We also provide ongoing clinical support throughout your membership.

Four Pillars framework education, peptide research overview, lifestyle optimization coaching, and wellness accountability—without clinical medical care.
Educational services do not establish a provider-patient relationship and do not include medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Includes comprehensive wellness assessment + ongoing education and coaching throughout your membership.
HEXADYN provides licensed clinical care for Utah residents through a whole-person integrative medicine approach for diagnosed conditions within the PA-C scope of practice. Services include comprehensive health assessment, laboratory evaluation, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), peptide therapy using compounded medications, and ongoing clinical monitoring. All clinical services are provided by Karen Minchow, MPAS, PA-C.
Wellness education services are for informational and educational purposes only and are available nationwide. They do not constitute medical advice and do not establish a provider-patient relationship. Individuals are responsible for their own health decisions. Any discussion of research compounds is general education only and is not a recommendation for individual use.

Additional nutritional appointments and personalized exercise plans are available for an additional fee.
This is a cash-pay practice. We don't bill insurance, but you may submit receipts for possible reimbursement. HSA/FSA accepted for some clinical services.
Your initial comprehensive intake appointment is typically HSA/FSA eligible.
Ongoing membership fees are paid via credit card or bank transfer. Payment plans are available.
Ask us about HSA reimbursement options for clients managing diagnosed medical conditions.
Labwork would also be billed separately and HSA reimbursable.
PEPTIDES are NOT included in Membership fees and are NOT currently HSA reimbursable.
While we provide proper medical documentation with ICD-10 codes, HSA eligibility for prepaid services is determined by the IRS and your HSA administrator. We recommend consulting your tax advisor.
If paying annually, you assume responsibility for HSA eligibility determination.

For Clinical Care: Your first visit includes a comprehensive medical evaluation. This is a 60-90-minute deep-dive covering your full health history across all four pillars. We listen to your complete story—something most providers never do.
For Wellness Education: Your first session is a comprehensive wellness assessment covering all four pillars of health, identifying disconnections and creating your personalized roadmap.
STEP 4: YOUR PERSONALIZED PROTOCOL
Based on your assessment, we create a Four-Pillar optimization strategy tailored to your unique needs:
• Physical: Clinical interventions, nutrition protocols, movement strategies
• Mental/Emotional: Nervous system work, stress resilience, sleep optimization
• Social: Connection strategies, boundary work, community support
• Spiritual: Faith integration, prayer practices, spiritual disciplines. Questions welcomed.
Lab testing (for clinical clients) is recommended only when clinically necessary. Not everyone needs extensive testing. We'll discuss what makes sense for your situation.
Ongoing support throughout your entire membership keeps you accountable and adjusts protocols as you evolve.

It depends. Some people feel better within weeks (especially with hormone optimization). But real transformation—reconnecting all four pillars—typically takes 3-12 months. That's why our shortest membership is 3 months.
